Must Have Skills:5+ years hands-on experience in IBM Websphere Portal applications development and administration.
Hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE (EJB, JSP, Design patterns), JUnits
Good communication skils
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of JSR168, Portlets and Portal frameworks (specifically on Spring Portlet MVC)
Exposure to Hibernate, Struts, Agile/Scrum/XP methodology is a plus
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
To participate in discussions with customer technical team and business teams to understand requirements.
To provide technical expertize on Websphere Portal in developing solutions to address the business requirements
To develop POCs using Websphere Portal Platform
To design and develop technical solutions using Websphere Portal Platform along with other team members as required.
