T-SQL / Crystal Reports developer (F2F Interview Required)

We are looking for one experienced developer with:
Important: Expert and advanced T-SQL and SQL Server 2008/2012 development skills with emphasis on the development of Transact-SQL procedures, functions and Crystal Reports development.
Note: This is not for a SSIS/SSRS developer … this client does not use those tools.
A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required
Good communication skills - both verbal and written is a MUST
Business and System Analysis skills
Sound knowledge of the SDLC process, strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills, proven experience in handling multiple deliverables efficiently, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
