- Tools - ChangeMan, File Manager, and Job schedulers like TWS
Candidate Profile: - Person should be able to understand customer requirements and come up with scalable solutions.
- Person should be able to identify and analyse the code for optimization opportunities.
- Person should have worked with large teams with both offshore and onsite presence.
- Extremely strong Functional & Technical expertise - CMS and CTA modules
- Has a strong understanding of the Vision PLUS enterprise architecture
- Have hands on technical implementation experience of major V+ installations in a card issuing environment.
- Experience of working in an Agile Environment is a definite plus.
- Prior experience of working in partnership card environment is a big plus.
- Experienced in leading the Implementation release of large projects.
- Secondary skills required for the job are:
- Testing Able to create detail test plan for end to end requirement testing, come up with test plan, testscenario and write test scripts.
- Performance Testing Perform performance testing for optimized solution. Perform load testing and improve the software.
- Test Automation Use industry standard tools like Ruby, Cucumber for test case automation.
Other: - Strong communication skills with customer interfacing experience. Should be able to explain complex solutions tothe clients in business language.
- Ability to mentor and train team members for skill development.
- Trained on Agile, ATDD and Ruby, Cucumber.
- Person should be open to take up new assignment in a different vision plus module if required by the business.
- Ability to work on system performance initiatives to give value adds to the customer apart from regular deliverables.
