• 8 -12 Years experience
• Strong experience with IBM websphere Portal 8.x/7.x and Server 8.x/7.x
• Strong trouble shooting skills
• Strong Experience with xml access automation – this is a must
• Experience with WAS scripting
• Experience with Unix shell scripting
• Experience with SSO and WCM authoring set up
• Experience with setting/administrating IBM collaboration tools such as Quickr/Connections
