Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) is the infrastructure service within UST, delivering a wide range of infrastructure services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner.
Responsibilities
Responsible for defining, maintaining, implementing and optimizing the architecture and processes of the Middleware product and platforms required for Migrations, Upgrades, to meet business goals and objectives.
Ø Support teamwork through effective leadership and Capable of taking strategic decisions
Ø Incorporate stakeholder requirements into solutions and solutions architecture
Ø Relationship establishment with key stakeholders and representation at relevant forums (Specialist on the Middleware technology stack end to end)
Ø Document and propose viable new solutions architecture frameworks.
Ø Problem solving and in-depth root cause analysis; Effective resolution of tier 3 problems.
Ø Define, maintain, configure and support infrastructure and systems.
Ø Deliver required reporting, trend analysis and effective communication.
Ø Perform continuity administration and maintenance.
Ø Identify financial and business risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
Ø Lead Data Center Migrations for Middleware servers with weblogic/websphere/MB/MQ;
Ø Install/Create configurations of Middleware Applns Servers & Webservers along with MB/MQ;
Ø Handled new installs/upgrade projects for Middleware servers (atleast one technology )
Ø Configure/Assist Security configurations.
Ø Troubleshoot to resolve system related problems in coordination with relevant System Administrators
Ø Monitors designated applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time
Ø Assists with developing policies, procedures, programs, scripts, or web pages as required; Create user documents and train personnel on new applications
Ø Provides remote support to users having difficulties with application
Ø Security Management with SSL; Basic Exp with SSO/ SSL implementations.
Ø Should be familiar with support process

Experience:
Ø Total 12 years of experience; minimum 10 years’ experience in the relevant technologies
Skills:
Ø Oracle Weblogic
Ø Oracle HTTP Server
Ø MQ/MB
Ø IBM WebSphere Application Server administration
Ø IBM/Oracle HTTP Server Administration
