Job Description:
Mongo Certified DBA Minimum 5 Years Experience in production server implementation & maintenance knowledge Ready to work in Production support environment Direct client facing skills Performance Monitoring tool experience is a must Ready to wok in 4:00 PM till 1:00 AM IST shift Installation and administration of MongoDB.
Understand customer requirements and built architecture. Should have good experience in replication and replication in Shard cluster.
Performance monitoring/tuning Backup strategies for shard clusters and standalone.
Should have experience in MongoDB ops services.
Automate routine tasks with scripts (Shell scripts or python scripts).
Should have Linux/Unix knowledge.
Should have experience in Shard cluster design and deployment.
Should have good experience on MongoDB aggregation and Map reduce model.
- Strong working knowledge of MongoDB (2.6 or above)
- Experience with Sharding and Replica Sets
- Strong working knowledge of database installation, setup, creation, and maintenance processes
- Experience with Ops Manager. a plus
- Experienced in creating JSON documents a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of database and application tuning
- Strong technical knowledge of Backup/Recovery, Disaster Recovery and High Availability techniques Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support
- Developing database designs based on business requirements
- Reviewing database designs to ensure all technical and business requirements are met
- Building database structures based on detailed design
- Performing database testing to ensure SLAs are met
- Providing support during system implementation and production
