Job Description:
· Understand and translate business goals into actionable system changes in a complex and mature implementation of Salesforce.com
· Perform hands-on system configuration in Salesforce.com, such as the creation custom fields, configuration of system permissions, setup of workflow rules, etc.
· Collaborate with stakeholders in IT, Legal, and the Business to understand requirements and plan/communicate/implement solution options
· Prepare documentation for system enhancements and customization, provide training and leadership to super-users, and manage user security
· Implement process improvements and automations to optimize operational and support processes
· Interface on a day-to-day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers, QA, and IT managers to support business operations.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst / BSA in IT Departments or Software Development activities
· 2+ years of experience with Configuration and Administration of Salesforce.com
· Experience with Project management/planning activities, and coordinating activities with other project teams
· Ability to effectively summarize and communicate the implications of system changes/processes to non-technical audiences
· Excellent communications skills both written and spoken

Job Description:
- Develop business-critical solutions using Salesforce APEX
- Build & support integrations between our front end and back end systems using HTTP, JSON and RESTful design principles
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, technical leads, and analysts to develop clean, high-quality deliverables
- Work as part of an agile-scrum team and serve as the technical expert
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development or IT
- 2+ years of development experience in Salesforce Apex
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to coordinate work and resolve system issues in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Familiarity with client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Background in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles; experience with SnapLogic a plus but not required
