1. Test Automation using Selenium
2. Define and establish automation strategy and process Define and establish automation strategy and process
3. Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of automated testing along with creation, execution and maintenance of automated scripts
5. Proven experience developing automated test systems and scripts beyond record and playback. Specifically developing functions, adding control flow logic, loops etc
6. Proven understanding of white box, grey box and black box testing techniques
7. Experience on latest automation trends and framework development techniques
8. Experience in developing automation framework test harness and execution control units
9. Experience in developing self explanatory automation scripts execution reports and dashboards
10. Experience in Agile development methodologies
11. Good Oral Written communication skills
12. Good Analytical problem solving skills
13. Ability to work as a team, mentor team members
14. Must have lead experience Mandatory Skills - Strong knowledge in Selenium - Strong knowledge in Java - Strong understanding in test automation, experience leading a team and managing a test automation project implementation - Good experience in REST services testing or service testing automation - Good understanding on DevOps, CI/CD etc. - Communication skills- will be working/leading team and working with client.
