Location: Philadelphia, PA (Face to Face Interview)
Job Description:
5 + years of work experience in systems development, project management and/or related business
Demonstrated knowledge and competence of industry standard development methodology (Waterfall, Agile).
Experience with a variety of programming languages including .net, Web Services, IIS, HTML, XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP. BizTalk experience is a plus
Understanding of Microsoft.Net Framework
Experience developing for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Understanding of relational database objects like functions, view, stored procedures using SQL Server
Knowledge of development tools within multiple complex operating environments including respective enterprise analysis tools. TFS experience is preferred
Ability to communicate cross-functionally and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Ability to navigate increasing project complexity including across one or more domains.
Adept at technical analysis related to small to medium scale initiatives.
Builds strong business and IT relationships to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Understands all fundamental system aspects in order to participate in requirement gathering sessions and answer application specific questions.
Assists in facilitating a team understanding of domain process(es), cross functional interfaces and dependencies.
Facilitates functional design changes, as required.
Codes to specification for development work efforts.
Performs project related activities as they relate to the SDLC and completing task specific artifacts.
Engages in work efforts as needed for unit, UAT, QA and regression testing
Participates in artifact review sessions
Able to mentor Associate Technical Analysts to promote career development
Participates in career development activities to demonstrate an investment in learning such as role based certification programs and understanding new industry trends

Makes contributions to the success of projects by applying demonstrated knowledge.
Is responsible for executing a subset of a project, participating in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation work efforts
Communicates accurate, timely status information to Senior Technologist, BPA and/or Project Manager.
