Network Analyst would analyze the existing IT infrastructure landscape and identify the existing management and monitoring tools and its dependencies with the network components. Ensure for appropriate communication standards over internet and intranet based on industry best practice to ensure compliance. The role would require providing and implementing technical solutions to meet required security postures and customize solutions to fit specific requirements
Skill Sets Required
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, threads, client-server, and inter-process communications.
- Expert level knowledge on agent and agent less based monitoring solutions
- Knowledge and experience on management and monitoring tools with experience on working model of correlation.
- Should have good knowledge of various network and server platforms such Cisco IOS, Windows 2008/2012 Platforms, Web servers (Apache, Windows Web Services
- Should have thorough applied technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating Systems (Hardware, Software).
- Knowledge on Network protocols with development experience
- Technical Knowledge on Application firewall, vulnerability management, forensics analysis etc.
- Should have experience in maintaining and managing security configurations for network devices and Servers.
- Thorough knowledge of remote control products including PuTTy, Windows RDP, SCCM Remote Control, SSH, VNC, WebEx, and WinSCP; relational databases (Oracle and MSSQL);
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently, efficiently, and with flexibility in an organized manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with people, and work well as part of a large operational team.
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and debug complex multi-leveled application environments.
- Implements automated processes for software patching/antivirus updates/data backups to all systems
- Working knowledge of XML;
- Understanding of application data encoding and reverse engineering
- Experience with unit testing;
- Experience with Agile methodology;
