Roles/Responsibilities/Experiences
• 5 or more years of UX design experience
• Expertise in standard UX software such as photoshop, illustrator, Sketch, InVision, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills would be an advantage
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Good understanding of lean UX design principles
• Ability to convert user requirements in to clickable prototypes
• Collaborate in the exploration of new, innovative product ideas while refining existing features. Oversee the entire UX process from insight to execution. Ensure delivery of high quality user experience and product design.
• Employ a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions. • Drives platform selection that support the UX products, build and activate in-market use.
• Collect and analyze KPI's to make informed recommendations for UX/UI improvements.
• Creative thinker, customer advocate, and player-coach who can both execute and manage product design and user research, while delivering on aggressive deadlines. • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with different audiences, including executive team members.
• Ability to develop and drive execution of strategies, tactics, measurable implementation plans across multiple brands.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• Good to have prototyping experience to explore and communicate design decisions/front-end development, HTML/CSS, Sketch, Axure, Adobe After Effects or similar.
