Primary Skills : Must have 5 years of Web development experience with dynamic database driven enterprise level web applications

Optional Skills : A strong preference for any previous Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) and/or Families and Children Tracking System (FACTS) experience applies across ALL 3 spots!!!
Web Application Analyst position (C# / Oracle)

Requirements –
· Senior Web Application Analyst using Web Based Visual Studio.Net in web environments
· Must have 5 years of Web development experience with dynamic database driven enterprise level web applications.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in development using ASP. AJAX, Visual Studio, .NET framework 2.0+, JavaScript and C# is required·
· Must have 5 years of Relational Database experience.
· A minimum of 3 years of experience using Oracle RDBMS (V 9i or higher required), SQL tuning, PL/SQL development skills, including the development of stored procedures is required
· Must have 3 years Data Design/Data Modeling experience
· Must have 3 years Analysis and Design experience
· Must have development experience with a complex, large-scale, N-Tier application
· Experience in application performance tuning and application security is desired
· Telerik control experience to develop ASP.Net applications is desired
· Experience using CSLA (Component based, Scalable, Logical) Framework to build .net applications is desired
· Development experience using ASP.Net MVC and jQuery is desired
· Experience developing client server applications using PowerBuilder is desired
· Development experience with an enterprise level Human Services system desired
