Skill Set: Required Skills (in order of importance) Years of experience required . 7+ Years - Java EE 5+, EJB 3+, Middleware Frameworks (Spring 2+ or Hibernate, etc.) . 4+ Years - IBM WebSphere Application Server 6+ . 4+ Years - Web Services, XML Data Model .
2+ Years - Legacy Integration - DB or Mainframes or AS400, etc. .
2+ Years - Unix .
2+ Years - Analytical & Problem Solving Skills .
2+ Years - RAD 7+ Development Tool .
2+ Years - Ant, Cruise Control or Maven, etc.
