Position Overview/Responsibilities:
Websphere Developer to provide software development support to implement replacement system for PACER ACM Business Plan, new requirements, software development and procedures to support Client and Plan business needs:
Sr. Developer / Database Administrator – This person provides support to network administration, provides mainframe support, performs data modeling, develops tables for databases, develops applications for web-based applications, and provides design, programming, and testing services. This person also manages and maintains all production and non-production databases. Responsible for standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, access and security administration, this person will performs backup and recovery on DBMS and configure database parameters, along with related activities.
WebSphere Skillsets Required:
The candidates must have a minimum of 7 years IT experience with the following technologies and tasks: Java, J2EE, Websphere, Rational Application Developer, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, SQL, RUP Tools, HTML, Java Script, Requirements and Analysis, Design, ClearCase, Development, Code Reviews, Testing. In addition, accounting/finance experience and team leadership skills to provide system design and programming for software development and maintenance of Web-based applications using Websphere.
