Key Responsibilities:
Job Description: Requires 7+ years' of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Capable of designing, developing and implementing the meta data component of the OBI 11g data warehouse in support of packaged data warehousing applications as well as customized applications, following the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
This position is for a Business Intelligence Developer, specifically for Oracle Business Intelligence 11g
This role is very specific for developing in a component of OBI called RPD. This role is NOT intended for report developers; the candidate will interface with report developers, but will not develop reports.
Again we are looking for someone with hands-on experience with either Siebel or OBI 11g (preferably OBI), and not a report developer.

Additional Skills: Hands-on development of RPD with OBI 11g.
First-hand experience developing for OBI HR Analytics and/or Financial Analtyics modules.
Advanced SQL Query skills; advanced SQL techniques for tuning and optimization.
Excellent Data warehouse data modeling skills.
Data warehousing implementation experience.
Experienced with Reporting tools and techniques (multi-dimensional tools, especially Essbase, SQL query, and optimization of queries).
