Silverlight Developer (F2F Interview Required)

Client has an immediate need for a Silverlight Developer to join the Compliance team/project. The estimated length of the engagement is 4 ½ months. Silverlight Developer shall have the following qualifications:
• Five (5)+ years of hands-on experience and track record of successful projects with Silverlight.
• Experience with programming/scripting language/tools required (as appropriate: JavaScript; HTML; XML; C#; ASP.NET; Extraction Transformation & Loading (ETL) and Business Intelligence Tools; MS SharePoint, Content Management Server, BizTalk).
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and development using MS SQ: Server or other comparable RDBMS.
• Experience in object oriented programming and agile development.
• Be able to adhere to the project plan and project schedule.
• Effective communicator.
• Team player who can work in a highly cooperative organization.
Silverlight Developer shall be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Consult with business partners to develop technical solutions to business problems and/or opportunities which provide more streamlined process.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure applications and processes support existing architecture, follow defined guidelines and coding standards and meet user requirements.
• Perform automated unit testing methodologies and tools such as NUnit.
