Client Specific Job Description:
• 10+ years of testing/test management experience
• Strong knowledge in Health Insurance system from end to end (Sales/enrollment/claims/billing&finance)
• Prior experience in Medicare related projects (preferable).
• Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
• Good knowledge with HP ALM .
• Knowledge in automation Selenium preferred
• Prior experience in project planning (estimation,resource,schedule) and monitoring (Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort).
• Should be able to ensure the appropriate planning and management of the test resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have prior experience in stakeholder management.Should be able to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Should be very proactive to escalate if there was a deviation from the plan.
• Should be having strong knowledge in reviewing the test plan/strategy.
• Should be able to advocate the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important Defects.
• Should be able to join ASAP.
