Basic Requirements:
Ø Project Management (PMP) certification
Ø Typically has 8 to 10 years of IT work experience, excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall methodologies
Ø 5+ years of experience managing Projects involving Oracle Supply Chain Management
Ø A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM
Ø At least 4 years of experience implementing Oracle Supply Chain Management modules
Ø Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions involving a geographically distributed team
Experience:
§ Experienced in Managing the High Profile, High Risk Programs
§ Experience in managing medium to large (multi million dollar) complex projects and programs utilizing the latest technology and business practices across multiple industries
§ Global Project Team Management
§ Vendor Management
§ Offshore Vendor Assessment of Project Management Abilities
§ Offshore Outsourcing Planning and Management
§ Full Project Lifecycle and Methodologies
§ Annual Budget Preparation and Presentation
§ Management of Oracle (backend) projects
§ Project Estimation and Planning
§ Resource Planning and Development
§ Project Budget creation and reporting
§ Vendor Contract Negotiation and Management
