? Very good analytical & design skills and can perform the OOAD using UML.
? Very good troubleshooting skills & unit testing skills.
? Design, develop and unit test medium to large scale complexity solutions.
? Team player; someone who can learn and follow the established processes, standards and framework.
? Experience working with the CMMI Level 2/3 project/company is a plus.
? Knowledge of various design patterns and general coding standards.
? Hand-on experience with developing web based J2ee applications using the following technologies;
o Java 6, JSP, JSP Tags, Servlet, EJBs, JMS, JNDI, JDBC, WebServices , XML, Struts1.x, Apache Commons, Spring, Hibernate, JBoss 5.x, MS SQL Server, CVS, MyEclipse, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery (JavaScript library for AJAX). |
