Job Description:
The Software Engineer develops system specifications and programs technical solutions for complex business problems necessary to support the mission of the client and promote operational efficiency. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Please be sure the people have in-depth knowledge in these areas. We actually show them snippets of code, possible error messages, etc and ask them to explain what they would output/or mean. For Oracle, they must recognize the different types of joins and explain how to use them, understand the purpose of foreign keys, and many to many relationships. We ask in-depth Spring 3.0 questions and have them explain how they have used certain features.
