Prefer a candidate with experience leveraging agile software development principals & practices including:
§ Scrum or Kanban or Scrumban
§ Paired programming
§ Continuous integration (using tools like Cruisecontrol, Quickbuild, etc.)
§ Test Driven Development
§ JUnit
