Description Business Analyst - eCommerce
immediate need for a Sr. Business Analyst. This individual will work closely to support the Project Manager on the backlog of enhancements for a major upgrade that was just completed. The Analyst must be able to work on several different tasks at the same time.
Responsibilities:
. Experience working with business users throughout the project life cycle, from analysis through design, build, test and deployment.
. Work with business users to identify and document requirements
. Requirements gathering
. Create functional specifications
. Create Use Cases
. Support QA and UAT by implementing design changes to address defects found in testing
Required Skills:
. 4+ years as a IT Business Systems Analyst
. eCommerce/eRetail supporting Check Out Process, Event Driven Promotions, Mobile Technologies, and Retail Sales as well as other eRetail related initiatives.
. Endeca software
. IBM Websphere
-Publishing industry experience is a plus
. BS or MS in Computer Science or related area required
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
