Responsibilities:
* Contribute substantially to the system architecture, design, and development of the Message Queuing layer.
* Work with system architects to improve existing configurations
* Develop documented best-practices design based on the mix of products and environment constraints
* Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality deployments.
* Proven strong innovative and analytical ability with extensive implementation skills.
* Proven success in complex highly available, scalable deployments of J2EE applications
* Must be a team player, and have excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
* Experience working with an application development team in an agile software development environment.
