JAVA/J2EE DEVELOPER
Farmington Hills, Michigan (suburb west of metro Detroit).
This is an approximately 12 month assignment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Project responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing a customer-facing web site including troubleshooting issues and promptly providing fixes. Will work closely with Business Analyst to define requirements and provide solutions based on user requirements. Work with other developers to define Web Services to integrate with other systems.
MUST HAVES
- Solid hands-on development experience with Java, Java Servlets, JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Beans, and knowledge of J2EE.
- Good communication skills. User and team interaction will be required.
A PLUS
- Experience in any or all of the following: Relational database development experience in Oracle and PL/SQL coding, WebSphere 7.0 (Develop and Deploy to Enterprise Servers) or some other IDE (Integrated Development Environment), UNIX, DB2, IBM Macros, VBScript, Classic ASP, ASP.NET.
