Job Description: Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's client/server software applications. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

5. Familiarity with Database terminology and basic objects and structures are required.
6. Experience in C# language is a plus.
7. Knowledge of Insurance industry is preferable.
8. Must be able to understand the subtle differences in terminology commonly used in the insurance world (Annual Premium versus Modal Premium; Account Value, Fund Value, Cash Value, Cash Surrender Value, etc.).
