Job Description :

                    

Extensive Development experience with Dynamics CRM

Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Microsoft SQL, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, and etc.

Deep understanding and experience in MS Dynamics 365 Field services and Customer services module

 

Basic understanding of relational database concepts desired

Should be able to estimate, plan and program manage global implementations Non-

 

Technical Requirements:

Excellent experience in MS Dynamics CRM Development.

Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles

Experience working with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects

Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work

Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form

Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision Your business

Lead Test Analyst – Strong Health Care

Philadelphia, PA

Hourly Rate: $55 - $58/hr

 

Description

 

The onsite test lead will manage the creation of all project level test plans and phase level plans such as component, system integration and user acceptance test plans.

  • Responsible in recommendations for new tools and testing techniques.
  • Manage the creation of test cases from requirements documents and other related artifacts.
  • Lead test reviews (e.g. test case review) and signoff on test cases.
  • Drive execution and status reporting for the test phase.
  • Manage and monitor defect reports and work with developers and other project team members to verify resolution.
  • Will use tools & methodologies independently with limited direction.
  • Serve as coach and mentor to junior testing coordinators / testing analysts.
  • Provide project updates to senior management.
  • Ability to manage and lead the projects at any complex circumstances.
  • Will work with various functional areas and technical areas to make sure that testing requirements and test environments are set up.
  • Develop the project health indicators depending upon the type of the projects and able to manage the project based on that.
  • Able to escalate the issues, risks, constraints and dependencies as appropriate.
  • Interface with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Driving power to identify correct stakeholders without minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of requirement and scope management.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong risk management and problem resolution skills.
  • Prior experience working on creating WBS, estimation, resource identification and creating the low level schedule.
  • Strong experience working with customers on business requirement elicitation and review.
  • Hands on experience and strong knowledge on HP ALM.
  • Experience working with Technical and business directors, managers and leads.
  • Should have strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify correct resources as per the capabilities required.
  • Should be very flexible and able to adapt to work environment.
  • Must have strong healthcare experience.

 

Qualifications
