Role: Test Lead - Healthcare Location: Philadelphia, PA Hourly Rate: $50/hour Duration: 6 - 12 months Job Description: - Should be able to manage the creation of all project level test plans and phase level plans such as component, system integration and user acceptance test plans.
- Should offer recommendations for new tools and testing techniques.
- Should manage the creation of test cases from requirements documents and other related artifacts.
- Should lead test reviews (e.g. test case review) and signoff on test cases.
- Should drive execution and status reporting for the test phase.
- Should manage and monitor defect reports and work with developers and other project team members to verify resolution.
- Should use tools & methodologies independently with limited direction.
- Should serve as coach and mentor to junior testing coordinators / testing analysts.
- Should provide project updates to senior management.
- Should be able to manage and lead the projects at any complex circumstances.
- Should be able to work with various functional areas and technical areas to make sure that testing requirements and test environments are set up.
- Should be able to develop the project health indicators depending upon the type of the projects and able to manage the project based on that.
- Should be able to escalate the issues, risks, constraints and dependencies as appropriate.
- Should be able to work with external and internal stakeholders.
- Should be having the driving power to identify correct stakeholders without minimal direction.
- Should be having requirement and scope management knowledge.
- Should be having strong stakeholder management experience.
- Should be having excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should be having time management skills.
- Should be having risk management and issue resolution skills.
- Should be having prior experience working on creating WBS, estimation, resource identification and creating the low level schedule.
- Should be having strong experience working with customers on business requirement elicitation and review.
- Should be having strong knowledge on HP ALM.
- Should be having experience working with Technical and business directors, managers and leads.
- Should be having strong negotiation skills.
- Should be able to identify correct resources as per the capabilities required.
- Should be very flexible.
- Should be having strong healthcare experience.
