Tibco Developer

Hi,

Tibco Developer

Columbus, OH

3 Months

The Electronic Employment Forms project will establish connectivity with four third party services that will allow new hires to enter and process all employment forms and have them validated with the government electronically. This is a critical project for the company as it is keeping with regulatory compliance and reducing work load on present Human Resources staff. The project is multi-sourced and all resources will be working with client personnel, other technology vendor personnel, and the contracted third party personnel that execute the forms services.

In addition to project work for the Electronic Employment Forms project, the resource will assist with steady state support. Steady State Production Support is defined as assisting Client in or responsibility for the resolution of tickets; support for releases to the production environment; ad hoc requests for research into the existing functionality; and estimates for changes to existing functionality. Tickets cover incident tickets, request management tickets and problem management tickets – break / fix issues. Releases occur monthly and seasonally. Monthly releases implement changes that result from tickets and single system enhancements. Seasonal releases occur in spring, summer, and fall and include approved enhancements.

Developer will report to both the Enterprise Architecture Integration (EAI) lead and the project manager. The EAI lead will provide coding standards, architecture, and direction on what needs to be accomplished for both steady state and project work. For steady state work, timelines will be provided by the EAI lead and status will be provided to the EAI lead. For project work, timelines will be provided by the project manager and status will be provided to the project manager.
