Sr ETL Developer (F2F Interview Required )

Below is the job description.

This is a fast-paced position in one of our most critical areas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong ETL development skills and experience deploying large-scale Data Warehouse solutions.

This position requires strong technical capabilities plus an instinctive, problem-solving mentality and experience conceptualizing and creating out-of-the-box solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design, development and deployment of Health Care Data Warehousing and ETL process design and automation initiatives using the SQL Server 2012 platform.
2. Model, build and test systems in accordance with agile development methodology.
3. Perform code inspections and refactor code to best practice standards.
4. Communicate effectively within both the product delivery and the internal development teams.

Qualifications:

1. Must have 8+ years of experience including 5+ years experience developing enterprise-level data warehouses/data marts.

2. Must have SQL Server and SSIS experience.

3. Must have solid SQL development skills.

4. Must have a strong understanding of database design and development and recent relevant work experience.

5. Must be a methodical and pragmatic problem-solver.

6. Should have a BS degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, related field or comparable experience.

7. Should have a strong bias for action and ability to drive issues to resolution.

8. Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus.

9. Experience with health care clinical and claims data and the associated regulatory environment a plus.
