Job Description:

This resource will act as a hands on testing lead, performing testing tasks which include any Systems and/or 3rd Party Vendor Apps that will be either integrated with or migrated to the Salesforce Platform. Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to interface professionally with project teams, vendors, identify and analyze quality risks, determine the test approach, determine test project scope, prepare time estimates, facilitate and manage the project testing schedule, prepare and facilitate the implementation of test plans, and manage both internal testing resources and/or outsourced testing vendors. Resource will also be required to perform hands on manual and automation testing.

This resource must also have experience and be comfortable providing clear, concise and transparent executive & Sr management project QA status report outs including at times delivering difficult messages relating to project implementation go/no-go readiness. It is critical that the resource for this Test position display, both through words and action, a high level of confidence in his/her judgment and expert level competency in order to quickly command respect of:

·  Project leadership to facilitate quick smooth acceptance of QA leads proposed test strategies/methodologies,

·  Project team developers & configurators to facilitate quick defect turnaround times,

·  Project team test resources to facilitate confidence and buy in to their leader/mentors test philosophy, methodology and strategies,

·  Sr management and project leadership so quick confident decision can be made when the QA Lead delivers difficult messages that involve critical risk/reward trade off recommendations related to project go/no-go readiness or project software test status

Required Skills:

Develop test approaches / strategies for large scale enterprise projects executed using Agile Scrum Methodology

Hands-on experience with manual testing and automation using Selenium

Identifying and analyzing quality risks

Determining testing scope using risk-based testing approach

Reviewing supplier deliverables and providing feedback and direction

Assessing Risk to schedule, cost, or quality on project and testing engagement

Preparing and managing the project testing schedule

Preparing and facilitating the implementation of test plans

Defect Management and Analysis

Excellent communication (written, verbal)

Ability to react to changing project plans and come up with creative alternatives

Organizational, planning, and analytical skills

Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

4-8 years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to successfully execute medium & large enterprise Sales Force implementation projects which impact multiple large enterprise legacy systems including CRM, web services, data warehouses and Web Consumer portals.

Experience testing (manual and automation), managing and leading Salesforce Projects using Agile Scrum methodology is required

Senior level QA testing experience of application functionality built using the following technologies are required

Salesforce configuration

Apex development

Visual Force development

Salesforce Admin configuration

Applications built on the Force.com Platform

Experience testing and leading test effort which involve multiple integration methods & patterns (batch: utilizing Infomatica Power Exchange in conjunction with SF Bulk Data Loader, Real Time: utilizing Tibco Real Time Salesforce adaptor, Web services, etc.)

Experience testing and leading Integration Test Efforts to validate data integrity, performance, data mapping of systems being integrated

Automation experience using selenium

Experience testing and leading complex enterprise data migration test efforts
