Hello, We are looking for BPM Quality Analyst resource immediately. Location – Des Moines, IA Duration - Long term Start Date : ASAP We need someone with BPM tool background and no particular about type of BPM tool. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.
- Coordinates with customers, Business and Vendors to determine a process for change reporting.
- Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies
- Knowledge of relational database technology, structured analysis concepts, and software design patterns. ... Business analysis aptitude including communications and interpersonal skills enabling an understanding of client's needs.
- Requires strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge in BPM and tools.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks for data accuracy and assist with resolution of discrepancies.
- Generate and provide metrics as related to configuration installations.
