5 years hands-on experience e in developing large Internet and Intranet projects, utilizing state of the art Web development architectures and tools (in order of importance): J2EE(Java), IBM Rational Application Developer, SQL (DB2 preferred), Websphere Application Server, Struts, Rational Clear Case Version Control. Work experience should reflect proven ability in developing and delivering successful Web-based applications and in coordinating such deployments.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft v. 8.8 and v. 9.0 HR and Benefits modules
Knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools version 8.48+
2-3 years experience working with planning, process and analysis/reporting tools such as; Oracle, SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hands-on development of large scale payroll systems preferably in the context of business intelligence information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Provided web application development for at least two (2) full SDLC implementations as a hands-on developer/architect
Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required
Experience working within a matrix environment.
Education:
A master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of experience as described above; or BA degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field from a recognized college or university (required) and six years of experience as described above. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and must possess at least three years of years practical technical/business experience as described above.
