Project Manager with ACD and I3 experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Plan and manage to annual budget for cost center.

Education and/or Experience
Five or more years of ACD infrastructure experience is required. Previous management experience is required for leadership and previous experience managing teams or projects is required for matrix management. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. Experience managing an I3 (Interaction Intelligence) dialer and good working knowledge of I3 system.
