REQUIRED:
? Siebel CRM
? Siebel product configurator
? Siebel EIM integration
? eScript, workflow, smartscript
Scope of work for the resource ? primary
Configuration of Products:
• Create new Service Instance for new product (Hosted PBX, Managed Services etc)
• Attributes
• Ordering rules (guard rails)
• Dependent products
• USOC mapping [external catalog id mapping]
• Create Term, termination using a Billing Price Product (BPP) ? commitment and penalty calculation
• Create Packages and display that in a new tab called ?PackagesFeatures?
• Creation of new tabs/relationships for new products
• Changes to existing SI (to make it obsolete or Grandfathered)
• Associate existing plans (calling plans) to the new service instance

Integration:
• Submission of orders to M6 (reuse existing interface and map additional attributes)
• After provisioning is completed, submit a request to Kenan for billing. |
