· Invoice Verification and Payment Processing
· Inbound Quality Inspection
· Contract Management
· Quotations and Quotation Arrangements
· Vendor Portals
Knowledge of the following would be helpful:
· Contract Life Cycle Management Module
· SRM (Supplier Relations Management) Module
· Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS)
· Scheduling Agreements
· Advanced Planning Optimization (APO)
· ARIS documentation
General Knowledge of the following:
· Workflows
· User Exits/ BAPI’s
· BI Reporting
· Interfacing and Integration
· Forms within SAP
Useful Experience:
Experience in Implementing SAP
Experience in Customizing SAP
Abilities and skills:
· Good verbal and written skills .
· Ability to create functional specifications for customizations.
· Ability to document process flows.
· Is able to lead others toward solving complex problems.
· Broad knowledge in Materials Management (APICS certification a plus)
· Ability to build strategic relationships within the company to promote a culture of collaboration.
· Is able to maintain an external focus toward staying abreast of current business and technical trends and practices .
