Description:

Our client is engaged in a large project that revamps distribution model, inventory management, sales systems, HR systems. The Project Manager would work with a cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of the project.

Skills Required

- Solid comm skills and ability to lead change

- Sound business acumen with understanding of various IT, business processes in distribution and inventory management

- Ability to lead and manage the initiatives

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth delivery of project

- Work with the various business and IT teams to ensure success of the project

- Experience with Distribution/inventory is must and good to have HR and CRM exp

- Change management experience

Desired skills

- Knowledge of SAP is highly desired.(SAP APO, SD)

- Logistics/Planning background nice.

- PM experts, well rounded, interpersonal skills, ability to lead the project initiatives, beneficial to have IT systems skills.
- Experience with ERP (especially SAP) is highly desired.
