Experience in leading Service Now tool implementation and development projects
· Experience in CMDB implementation in Service Now
· Understanding of IP networking, devices, network design methodology
· Understanding of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
· Advanced ability to modify and create object-oriented JavaScript, Unix shell and Windows Power Shell scripting
· Understanding of SOAP and Web Services technologies
· Strong understanding of Asset Management and Configuration Management Database
