•A working knowledge of HR Analytics and a possible integration with PeopleSoft HRMS application will be a big plus .
•BI Application Security
•Techno functional capabilities- Ability to transform business requirements into reports / solutions
•In depth knowledge in developing RPD and reports/dashboards, debugging report criteria
•Experience in OBIA data modeling and design
•Knowledge of Informatica, oracle database and SQL tuning |
