If a candidate has done that exact kind of upgrade then perfect
If they have done HCM Upgrades and at least have working experience with 9.1 then that will work as well

Job Summary
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of functional business requirements and development of solutions to meet requirements. Apply functional and technical expertise to the upgrade strategies in support of company and project priorities. Collaborate with functional teams to drive entitlement of IT portfolios. Influence business stakeholders to embrace IT recommendations.
Primary Role and Responsibilities
• Manage the IT and functional business analysts to ensure that detailed business and functional requirements based on customer needs and project scope are gathered and documented.
• Liaise with the development and infrastructure leads to identify approaches and techniques to meet the requirements, and assist with development of design documents.
• Ensuring that the design specifications are adequate to meet the needs of the project. Should be able to communicate design needs to the developers and testers.
• Explain the present and future rationale so that stakeholders accept the choices and agree with the rationale.
• Manage work across multiple functional areas and conflicting functional priorities.
• Analyze and determine the best testing tools or utilities to facilitate the testing process.
• Manage overall test plan ? including coordinating functional BAs in defining and documenting test cases ? to ensure testing tasks are completed on schedule.
• Align solutions with ITS standards and best practices.
• Develop knowledge of systems and business processes and utilize that knowledge to partner with our customers in improved solutions that build on IT strategic roadmaps.
Required Skills
• Able to manage change, drive execution and promote global perspective.
Experience with PeopleSoft v 9.1
Experience with at least one enterprise PeopleSoft upgrade
Experience with Peoplesoft HCM
• Is a credible content expert, having had broad and deep experience applying a number of different technologies and functionality.
• Develops thorough project requirements and assesses impact of change across the entire system architecture.
• Strong communications skills and the ability to influence IT and business teams to develop and gain acceptance of architecture direction
• Ability to work with both business and IT teams to turn business requirements into solutions. Able to communicate effectively at both technical and business level.
• Work with Project Managers and other team members in providing reliable resourcing, costing and timing estimates for proposed solutions for all phases of an implementation.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and translate customer needs into effective functional and technical solutions that provide value and/or cost savings for our customers.
• Experience with PeopleSoft application and technical architecture. Knowledge of development techniques using Peoplecode and SQR is also desirable.
