- 7-10 years of IT-related experience. Most of the IT experience needed will focus in the following areas:
- Strong Oracle database skills (11g, Exadata, PL/SQL, SQL, tuning and optimization).
- Must have comprehensive database design and data warehousing experience
- Linux/Unix and scripting experience is required (Redhat preferred).
- The ideal candidate will have development experience with web technologies such as: Java/J2EE and Websphere.
- Must have the ability to lead a project based team through the full software development life cycle.
- Possess a strong understanding of IT concepts including business/system architecture, database concepts structures, software/application development techniques, and testing techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are a must
- Fundamental knowledge of financial service products. |
