Primary Skill: Automated Testers
Description
1 lead and 2 mid to senior level test automation engineers) who are knowledgeable with the Hewlett Packard/Mercury testing tool suite. The individuals will be part of the Test Automation team
The following are the responsibilities:
For lead specifically: The lead test automation engineer must be hands on, have acted as lead in previous efforts, and have all of the following as well
Assist in the creating automated scripts for environment and regression testing. Analyze end user testing requirements
Design and Architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy testing requirements
Develop functional/regression automated testing solutions using HP QuickTest Pro (QTP), and data driven techniques
Develop custom function/sub-routine libraries to support automated testing solutions
Required Skills:
Three (3) years experience using HP QuickTest Pro automation experience
Two (2) years Business Process Testing automation development including business and scripted components
Five (5) years VBScript or equivalent programming
One (1) year using Quality Center and/or Quality Center project/site administration
Understanding of testing and development life cycle methodologies
Experience with Mercury Quality Center (TestDirector, QuickTest Pro, Business Process Testing)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English)
Preferred Skills:
1). Experience/Certification: QuickTest Pro and Quality Center Certified Product Consultant (CPC)
Software:
1. Hewlett Packard Tool Suite - Quality Center and Quick Test Pro
2. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
