| Hello, We are looking for Test Lead. Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 12 Months Candidates need to have 2-3 years managing test team, 3-5 years as sr test lead. HPL and Selenium · Onsite Test lead with Healthcare domain · Strong experience in HPL and Selenium - Strong domain experience in Health Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge in Health Insurance system from end to end (Sales/enrollment/claims/billing & finance)
- Prior experience in Medicare related projects
- Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices.
- Should be having people skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
- Prior experience in project planning (estimation, resource, schedule) and monitoring (Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort).
- Should be able to ensure the appropriate planning and management of the test resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have prior experience in stakeholder management.
- Should be able to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Should be very proactive to escalate if there was a deviation from the plan.
- Should be having strong knowledge in reviewing the test plan/strategy.
- Should be able to advocate the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important Defects.
- Should be able to join ASAP.
