· Experience working with multiple sandboxes simultaneously to evaluate gaps and system readiness.
· Experienced in capado robotic testing and started provar testing also.
· Experienced in uat validations and PRV validation in every project
· Experience in User experience testing for service and partner community cloud
· Hands-on experience on Profiles, Permission sets, and Organization-Wide Defaults(OWD)
· Good exposure in administrating and configuring salesforce.com
· Experience in sales cloud, and service cloud.
· Proficient in writing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

· Hand-on experience in the implementation of Page Layouts, Record Types, reports, and Assignment Rules.

· Experienced in Automation tool like Provar, and knowledge in selenium with Java (Hybrid framework)
· Experienced in Postman API, 508 compliance Testing, GUI Testing, Mobile testing(Browser stack)
· Experienced in salesforce Admin task, running batch jobs, apex jobs, monitorings, developer console, app builder
· Experienced in Qtest, Zephyr, Xray, Devops, jira, Integration testing using mulesoft, omni channel.
