Scope of the Project:
Responsible for the business requirements and system/user acceptance testing of a solution to implement a project to accommodate seasonal wages in our unemployment benefits system. This is not systems analyst, designer or subject matter expert role
Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
· Lead business analyst
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision
· Able to facilitate the gathering of business requirements
· Focuses on what and not the how
· Responsible for the business requirements and system/user acceptance testing
· Knowledge of the RUP SDLC phases
· Experience with unemployment benefits systems is a plus.
Required Skills
· 4+ year experience as IT BA
· Work closely with others in a team environment
· Able to work independently, self-motivated
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; fluent in English
Preferred Skills
· Unemployment Benefits system experience
