- 5-7 minimum years of hands-on development experience building customer-facing, high availability web applications
- Experience and familiarity with health care, Health Care information systems, EMR/EHR/CPOE preferred; additional points for experience working with HL7
- Expertise with object oriented software development in an iterative methodology
- Expertise with Content Management systems and concepts
- Experience with data transfer tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE
- Expertise with SpringMVC
- Demonstrated experience building and consuming Restful services
- Experienced with data modeling techniques
- Some experience with No SQL databases - specifically MongoDB
- Experience with Lucene/SOLR/elasticsearch
- Knowledge of application servers and web servers (NGINX and Jetty preferred)
- Familiarity with web security concepts
- Must love testing think TDD, Junit
- Experience with Maven
- Experienced with CI using Hudson
- Familiar with Git version management
- Excellent problem solving skills, communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
