We are looking for Windows Active Directly / Exchange Admin Immediately.
 
 
Work Location   :    West Des Moines, IA - 100 % Onsite.

Experience: Min 10 +  years.
 
Technical Skills:
 
Ø             Skilled in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012
Ø             Skilled in Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Sharepoint 2010
Ø             Skilled in Linux RHEL and CentOS - 5.x,6.x and 7.x
Ø             Demonstrated knowledge with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
Ø             Demonstrated knowledge with Windows and Linux Servers, Server Operations, Server applications,
Ø             Demonstrated knowledge with both physical and virtualized servers, especially VMware
Ø             Skilled in Server hardware troubleshooting and configuration
Ø             Commitment to continual development of technical skillsets and knowledge sharing
Ø             Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ø             Demonstrated competencies with PCs and associated software
Ø             Must be customer service oriented
Ø             Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ø             Must be able to respond to system outages during off-hours.
Ø             Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA

Main responsibilities
 
Ø             Ensures server performance and maintains applications on servers
Ø             Problem solving and documentation of current and new servers in both physical and virtual environments
Ø             Performs and oversees continuous system health checks, user administration, and application of patches and upgrades
Ø             Performs data management services, server tuning, and directory services maintenance
Ø             Increase reliability and enhance efficiencies by implementing 3rd party tools and scripts
Ø             Delivers anti-virus software updates and virus protection on servers and clients
Ø             Ensures compliance to security standards, policies and guidelines
Ø             Provides business continuity through thorough back-up and restore procedures, and periodic testing of outage scenarios
Ø             Administers and maintains a Windows and Linux based server network, with a combination of physical and virtual servers
Ø             Datacenter migration support
Ø             Third level support for desktop resolution issues, backing up the Service Desk, Desktop, and Network Technicians
Ø             Configures and maintains Microsoft SCCM, applying application patches and updates, facilitating service request fulfilment, and safeguarding client data
Ø             Installs, configures, and troubleshoots group policy and administrative templates
Ø             Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains server-based applications
Ø             Coordinates and works with outside vendors to resolve problems and issues with hardware and softwares
Ø             Provides technical support to troubleshoot network and server issues
Ø             Plans, deploys, and documents new servers, printers, devices, and services;
Ø             Assists in planning and deployment of disaster recovery procedures;
Ø             Ensures that external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy
Ø             Other duties as assigned.
Good to have:
 
Ø             VMware certification required
Ø             Thorough knowledge on ITIL framework
Ø             Team lead experience a plus
Ø             ITIL Certification
