C#.NET Developer
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Location: Chicago, IL (downtown)
Our client is a medical bill review company specializing in workers compensation bill review. Their main objective is to review bills and apply savings to those bills. Their clients are mid-size to large insurance companies and they electronically submit bills from medical providers to us using FTP or web services
We have a BizTalk middle ware that receives the bills and processes the bills against business rules written in c#.net classes. These rules look for savings on the bill. After processing those rules the bills are stored in our bill review software database.
We are in the process of migrating to a new bill review system and need contractors to back fill for our employees while they perform the migration. Time frame for Contractor is 6-12 months. These contractors will be responsible for the following:
1. Implementing new clients by mapping their external data to the company's schema.
3. Design and develop any new processes for the new clients.
4. Design and develop any new databases based on the specific client requirements.
5. Work from detailed requirements to map client interfaces to the company's schema.
6. Typical implementation team is 1-2 developers, 1-2 QA, and 1-2 business analysts.
7. Typical client integration project is 60-90 days.

1. C#.net 4.0.
2. Visual Studio 2010.
3. Team Foundation Server.
4. Biztalk 2010 enterprise.
5. SQL server 2008.
6. Heavy use of xml web services and WCF services.
7. Altova Map Force 2010.
8. Heavy use of design patterns.
9. Heavy use of SOA principles.
10. Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit
Technical skills we are looking for:

1. Strong c# .net 7-10 years.
2. Strong understanding of design patterns.
3. Good understanding of service oriented architectures (SOA).
4. Experienced in xml, xml web services and WCF services.
5. Understands xml schemas and has experience mapping external data to an internal schema.
6. Strong database design understanding.
