This is actually more of a SME w/ GWT that will be able to give the client best practice information, possess design experience, and have leadership skills (Will Not be responsible for Lead work)
The Lead should be able to mentor a couple of Jr developers and have previous recent experience working in more than one GWT project over the past 1.5-2 years.
Remote work is Not an option. They candidates must be with the team, but the candidate will have remote access.
The skills in the requirements have been simplified as much as possible. The manager will ask the candidate in the interview to tell them about their most recent accomplishments in their last project. They are expecting the candidate to communicate their GWT and/or BPM accomplishments.
GWT Candidates need to have demonstrated experience developing screens using GWT.
BPM candidates must have demonstrated JBoss/BPM experience on their resume otherwise they will get kicked back.
Project Information:
The client is consolidating all of their on boarding systems from every region in every country. This is a brand new project and it would be helpful if the candidates have been involved in new application development. The Leads should have worked on other projects developed from scratch. It is a global application, with a deployment strategy, deadlines and timeframes. They do have different integration points throughout the project but they anticipate the project to wrap up in 2014.
