Must have RETAIL Industry exp.
Must have prior Oracle Retail experience and possess detailed functional knowledge of various Oracle modules. Responsible for performing all business analysis, defining UI screens (where appropriate), defining UAT strategy-plans-test cases, working with Change Mgmnt to identify training strategy and plans, working with security to define security roles, working with Oracle support to resolve application issues. Must possess the following skills: facilitation, ability to illicit requirements, prioritization facilitation, ability to gain buy-in, excellent communication skills, impact analysis, logical analysis, negotiation, collaboration with business and technical teams, business process modeling, ability to create individual and end to end UAT plans, knowledge of change mgmt. processes, knowledge of legacy application landscape, and conflict resolution. Must be willing and able to travel. |
