LOA: 3 months to start (extensions on top of that if they do well. Historically, we have had people there on 3 month projects that are turning into 2 years.)
Reason for need: Too much work and gap internally
Process: Phone, Skype/face to face if local, hire (it takes 5-7 days to get the person in the door after offer is made.)
Skills:
Must Haves:
7-10 years of C,C++ development experience on Linux platform.
Sprinkling of experience with HTTP and XML .
Nice to have but not required:
-Audio/visual experience and or Set-top box experience
